Description
When the 'angels' first arrived the the city, people were taken by their beauty. But everywhere the 'angels' went, technology withered and died. It didn't matter what we tried... attacking, negotiating, nothing could drive them back to wherever they came from.
So in the end, entire cities were abandoned, left to rot in the care of their new residents while we moved from place to place, desperately trying to hold on the the life we knew...

Character looks great.
One thing I am not sure about is that the char does not seem to affect its environment.
If you take a glass and shine a light on it, you get light reflecting off of it but some of the light goes through it and you get caustics too. Maybe there should be some caustics on the fence that the creature is standing on and or some in the background.
This stuff could add too much time on the render though.
